About me
"Sunny State's energetic reggae vibes lift and empower audiences wielding powerful vocals, ukulele, guitars, keys, bass and drums. Their diverse line up of songs tantalizes the ears in English, French, Spanish and even Croatian, using the island heritage of their front man, Chris Reed, whose family originates from an island in the Adriatic Sea."
No stranger to the stage, Chris Reed's bands have opened up for: Tribal Seeds, The English Beat, Collie Buddz, Iration, Eek a Mouse, Through the Roots, Booker T, and Dirty Heads and more. He has performed multiple times at The Catalyst (main stage and atrium) and Shoreline Amphitheater. His song "17" was played at Miami's Fashion Week and after a video interview, was featured on MTV's website, along with this statement: “Relax and unwind with ... their smooth, reggae-inspired NorCal jams.”
